We all got to listen to Bill Murray singing a few weeks ago, and we can all, after that, admit he is a brilliant entertainer.

He is even better on his most recent appearance on David Letterman’s show.

Murray had plenty of time to discuss what it was like to attend George Clooney’s wedding in Italy (he even brought back a piece of cake for Letterman), which women he thinks should star in Ghostbusters 3 (Melissa McCarthy, Emma Stone, and Kristen Wiig were the first names mentioned).

But it was when the two got talking about the New York City Marathon that things got really fun and festive. After rubbing Bengay cream on his hands, Bill stood and excused himself from the show. He then had a camera follow him out onto the street where he started running, still dressed in his tux.

Amazing. Take a little Friday tea break quickly and watch the video.

And then stop being lazy and eating all those TGIF cupcakes, and go for a pre-weekend run yourself. You might want check this out before you do.
