Zach Galifianakis, better known as Alan to some people, has gone and done a bit of a transformation. Look at him here, in The Hangover, in 2009:
Look, whilst the extra weight suited Alan, there are not going to be any more sequels for The Hangover, thus making it fine for Zach to lose a little around the waist.

The 45-year old actor showed off his new look at the premier for his new film, Birdman, in New York.
In an interview, Zach told a reporter how he thinks Hollywood is over sold, “like we’re curing cancer”.
“Being a celebrity is sh*t – it’s dumb, and I’m not interested in it. I like to be an actor, and that’s it.”
