I still think that what happened to Michael Schumacher is so, so sad. After six months in a medically induced coma, he was moved to his home in Switzerland and is starting to wake very slowly.
As the tragedy is investigated, it has been said that his helmet was in at least two parts, having possibly been shattered by the mounting of his GoPro.
“The problem for Michael was not the hit, but the mounting of the GoPro camera that he had on his helmet that injured his brain.”
The ENSA lab has been testing to see if the camera made a difference on impact.
