This is what happens when you let fame get to your head. You forget that you, too, are a person.
Charlize Theron has let this happen, it seems, and is causing a stir at her indoor cycling studio in the US.
It all started back in July, when Tia Mowry (Remember her? No? That’s OK) and Charlize were in the same SoulCycle class, and Tia came to say hello, because celebs must stick together, and Charlize apparently said “Oh my god” and rolled her eyes in response.
Tia then went to the tabloids about the incident, and Charlize was not happy.
“Charlize came in so pissed off after Tia went to the tabloids about her, and she demanded we bar Tia from ever coming back. When the manager refused Charlize just got angrier and said she’d go to the top to make it happen.”
Another gym in West hollywood has been quoted as saying that Charlize “always arrives late to class with a scowl on her face and has the nerve to ask people who are already settled on their bikes to switch. She always causes a scene. People know to steer clear of her!”
Charlize spoke to SoulCycle management and has been quoted as saying:
“This nobody who was famous for a minute 20 years ago can complain to the tabloids about me but I can’t expect you to protect me from hangers on in your studio?”
The SA beauty has even picked up a reputation over the years for her rude attitude on the red carpet. Why? Who knows… But one celebrity blogger recalled a moment from the Toronto Film Festival a few years ago.
Word is she is fiercely guarded by a publicist, and even when festival staffer approaches her to verify something, even when another publicist at an event comes over to ask after her, Charlize will supposedly stare at the person, look blankly ahead, and wait for her personal publicist to answer.
Best Charlize change her attitude before she actually turns into a monster.
