Richard Branson is already one cool dude (just look at that fluffy hair for crying out loud), but the fact that he’s given his personal Virgin staff unlimited vacation makes him a true hero.

His 200 or so workers can now “take off whenever they want for as long as they want.” Also, employees don’t need to even ask when they want to take their unlimited leave… they can basically just bugger off whenever they see fit.

Employees can take however much time off from work they choose, “the assumption being that they are only going to do it when they feel a hundred per cent comfortable that they and their team are up to date on every project and that their absence will not in any way damage the business,” Branson said.

Oh jeez, Branson… there’s always a catch, isn’t there!?
