A Chinese teenager is set to undergo some corrective surgery to help fix a bizarre neck condition where he has three extra vertebrae in his neck.
Fu Wengui, 15, is in pain due to his condition, as his elongated neck resulted in him being diagnosed with congenital scoliosis when he was 6.
A Chinese hospital has said that they’d perform the procedure after the money for the operation has been produced by a charity.
“I hope I can have a normal neck,” said Fu, who gets stares from the Chinese public due to his appearance.
