Brad and Angelina have finally tied the knot, and they did it very close to home… so close in fact, that it was at their humble abode in the south of France, Chateau Miraval.

The property has its own little chapel where the couple are said to have swapped “I do’s”.

Their 35 bedroom home also boasts vineyards, a moat, a spa, and an indoor pool.

Neither Brad nor Ange’s parents or siblings attended the very private wedding, but their six children were involved as ring bearers and flower throwers.

What is very interesting to note is that the couple seems to have gone against their very strong stand to not get married until ALL gay and lesbian couples in America can. Certainly not all the states have marriage equality as yet, so why the change of heart for the pair?

“(We) will consider tying the knot when everyone else in the country who wants to be married is legally able.”

The pair will honeymoon in Nice, and then move on to Malta to start filming their new movie together.
