I always maintain that if you are going to do something silly, don’t get caught.

This poor guy from Walsall in the UK got caught distributing The Fast and the Furious 6 online, and has been sentenced to 33 months in jail. 33 months! Surely it was not worth it?

“Millions of pounds lost for Universal Pictures.”

The movie was downloaded 700 000 times, which affects the profits of distributors and film companies.

Philip Danks’ partner in crime, Michael Bell, has been sentenced to 120 hours of community service for assisting in the uploading of the movie.

Danks was called “bold, arrogant and cocksure” by the judge. He should have just been called stupid.
