The suburbs of Ferguson, Missouri, has been in the limelight with riots becoming violent. The riots started as a rally and vigil after the death of Michael Brown, an unarmed 18-year old who was shot and killed by a police officer.
On Tuesday night, the riots reached a boiling point with police officers getting very closely and unnecessarily involved in conversation with protestors. This ended in a verbal altercation whereby a police officer said to the protestors he would “fucking kill you”.
“You’re going to kill him? What’s your name, sir?” The officer replies: “Go fuck yourself.”
Not a nice thing to be told by the police force.
The officer, who has not yet been publicly identified, has been suspended. He has also been nicknamed as Officer Go Fuck Yourself. You can use the hashtag #OfficerGoFuckYourself.
