We have all been rattled by the death of Robin Williams this week, but just imagine being in this studio audience, hearing the news just hours after it happened.
Hollywood has truly lost one of the greats and the sincerity and gravity in this clip really speak to just how widely loved and admired Robin was.
Conan, Andy Richter and guest Will Arnett bid farewell to the comedic wonder they all had the pleasure of working with, in a moving tribute.
Conan tweeted this message:
