These rumours are not new, but with the power couple’s On The Run joint tour coming to an end, the rumour mill is working overtime! Is there any truth to the divorce rumours about the Carters?

Well… like all Hollywood gossip it is pretty difficult to tell, and with something this personal people naturally ALL have their own speculations and secret sources. While most of the rumours are from gossipy and notoriously unreliable sources, there is one report that has Beyonce and Jay Z fans worried.

There is a particularly damning item from Blind Gossip, which correctly predicted the divorce of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes.

We have told you MANY times before that this high-profile marriage is just a business arrangement. We have also told you that this business arrangement will wind down after their current project is finished. Well, it’s almost over!

They are splitting up everything (properties, money, child/ren) right now, but will be keeping up appearances until the announcement. They are separating this year, with the divorce to follow in about six months. It will be very clean and very fast. In fact, the parties involved are describing the timeline as “Tom Cruise/Katie Holmes fast.”

Ok, so they got it right once. Lucky or psychic?

The Huffington Post, a slightly more reliable news source, is about as sceptical regarding the veracity of the rumours as we are.

Representatives for both stars were not immediately available for comment, but it doesn’t take a publicist to see that these latest rumors are probably bogus.

Last year, E! News reported Beyonce was pregnant with her second child. Thepregnancy rumor resurfaced in OK! Magazine in April. After Beyonce apparently removed her IV engagement tattoo, Life & Style magazine claimed Bey and Jay were heading for a “$1 billion divorce” on a May cover. In June, the gossip mill went into overdrive with cheating rumors after Beyonce changed the lyrics to “Resentment.”

Déjà vu much?

Well said. Hopefully, like all other nasty things that come to a head, this will burst, and then go away.

And with that… let us pay attention to more important things and leave the Carters to sort out whatever marital issues they may have in peace.
