As we all know, weather forecasts are not the most trustworthy things in the world. However, seeing the weather in Cape Town right now, where our beautiful view of Table Mountain is completely blocked by rain and fog, we can can pretty much say it’s going to be a kak one this weekend.
According to ENCA weather centre, there will be heavy snowfalls in the mountainous region of the Western Cape and Northern Cape. Also heavy rainfall predictions for Cape Town and surrounding areas.
Cape Town – Heavy snowfall has been predicted for the mountainous regions of the Western and Northern Cape, as a strong cold front makes its way over South Africa this weekend.
So, if you have plans to be all adventurous in the mountains this weekend – think again, you might just have to snowboard your way back.
Seems like this is going to be a stay-in weekend,and we advise you to grab a decent movie, a bottle of Haute Cabriere Pinot Noir, your girl/guy, and light the fireplace… this will set the mood for a GREAT weekend indoors.
