We all have our own story and our own distinctive way of expressing this to the public eye. Obvious statements, yes, but let’s take a moment to appreciate the wonder of Cape Town’s unique people, who delight whole-heartedly in self-expression.
Instead of telling our collective personal stories here at 2oceansvibe, we have decided to have a little look around town to document what actually fills the body of a story. Without the people around us, we would not exist as 2oceansvibe. We will therefore tell the story of those around us; our readers, our friends.
The immense diversity in Cape Town, with all it’s unique styles and animated characters, sets the backdrop for an amazing story. We went out to Hipsterville and the Vintage expo to see what we can find, in terms of deco, styles and people.
With awesome events scheduled and artsy fartsy places to visit this winter, such as The Vintage Expo (pictured above), Bastille still pending (‘cause, like, wine bro) and the Woodstock Exchange (pictured below) there’s so much to do and see to create your story for 2014.
