Nkosana Makate took the cell-phone giants to court as he claims that he was actually the one who invented the Please Call Me service that all mobile networks in SA now use. He has not seen any share of the profits, as Vodacom promised they would arrange with him.
The court case has now been dismissed, although the details as to why have yet to emerge.
