Being a law-enforcement official is never an easy job. Whether or not this excuses the issue of police brutality that plagues us is something else completely.
The incident that has been recorded on CCTV in Texas shows a prison guard and cop struggle with a man who is in custody for assault. The police force are ruling that the killing was a mistake but take a look at the video and see for yourself. The action begins around the 18-minute mark. This is a graphic video!
