Lindsay Lohan’s infamous “sex list” has been called into question by a number of men who feature on it, including James Franco, but the actress has now claimed on video that the list is totally legit.

What she also discusses is that the list was never intentionally left out in the open, as reported. The list was instead in her private home and a photo was taken of it by someone in her house, who she suspects to be someone from a moving company.
