Ben Affleck looks to be taking his Runner Runner role a little too far, and getting a bit too deep into his favourite past-time – gambling.

Anyone spending a lot of time playing cards or roulette is not really a concern, but when your family is taking strain, it’s probably good to take notice.

As of April, Affleck has been under investigation from some Las Vegas casinos for card-counting, and according to Star magazine, Affleck’s wife, Jennifer Garner, cancelled their upcoming family trip because she’s so distraught by her husband’s on-going and lengthy gambling sessions.

“Jen canceled her trip. She just doesn’t want to be Ben’s enabler or babysitter,” a source told the magazine about the family’s intended summer trip to Detroit. “She was absolutely mortified about the Las Vegas incident, and everything has really gone downhill since then.”

Affleck is currently in-between filming the upcoming Man of Steel sequel, Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice.
