In the latest piece of awkward news to make you cringe, a reporter made a complete fool of himself while interviewing tennis star Nicolas Mahut, congratulating him during the post-match press conference… even though Mahut lost.
Mahut lost to Kazakhstan’s Mikhail Kukushkin in four sets.
The French tennis player was so flabbergasted with the unnamed reporter’s complete lack of awareness of what happened, that he decided to only speak to French journalists.
This guy clearly didn’t care about his job, or maybe he was filling in for a friend, but at least know WHAT actually happened in the game you’re interviewing the athlete about.
