The more this case uncovers, the clearer it is that this poor guy was a really unhappy and fairly desperate person. He seemed to have become obsessed with the idea of deserving and needing a hot girlfriend to have sex with in order to justify his existence.

One of his ploys prior to planning the mass slaughter, was to win the lottery. He said:

“I knew I was always destined for great things. This must be it! I was destined to be the winner of the highest lottery jackpot in existence. I knew right then and there that this jackpot was meant for me. Who else deserved such a victory? I had been through so much rejection, suffering, and injustice in my life, and this was to be my salvation. With my whole body filled with feverish hope, I spent $700 dollars on lottery tickets for this drawing. As I spent this money, I imagined all the amazing sex I would have with a beautiful model girlfriend I would have once I become a man of wealth.”

When he did not win, he began planning his revenge in earnest. Just wondering, if you had that much money on hand to buy lottery tickets for one single draw are you not already pretty wealthy? Really sad marker of what some people think makes someone a ‘man’.
