You just never know who your next-door neighbour might really be and how much weaponry they may be stashing in their basement!

This sizeable stash was discovered by the SAPS  when they arrested one of the most-wanted syndicate masterminds earlier this week. It’s unbelievable that these folks were able to amass such a collection without being bust sooner.

News24 reported:

The man, his daughter and their domestic helper were arrested. They are aged between 26 and 53.

Police found R1 rifles, R4 rifles, R5 rifles, AK-47 rifles and about 300 handguns.

Detonators, a machine used to manufacture ammunition, packaged dagga and explosives used for ATM bombings were also found.

Alright, we know, this looks like it was snuck by someone’s very old cellphone camera, but the press are not generally invited to these events for glamour shots.
