Alright guys, this is important stuff, okay?
We live in a time where we now all know that nutrition has to be the first point of call to prevent illness and strengthen our immune systems.
The problem is this: the big pharmaceutical companies NEED us to be ill so that they can treat our symptoms with medication that merely REMOVES the symptom – and never addresses the root cause.
This is how they make their money, see? And this is why the ‘sickness’ industry is a trillion dollar industry.
I’m in no way saying that there isn’t a place for pharmaceuticals in healing and aiding in the treatment of disease – far from it.
But what I am saying is that the daily quality of our lives can be dramatically improved by our conscious intake of pure Superfoods. The result is that we strengthen our immune systems and ultimately prevent common symptoms of disease from arising.
Think of things such as chronic exhaustion, skin problems, headaches, insomnia, IBS, bloating, perpetual colds, mucous, sinus problems, digestive issues, heart-burn, etc…
All of the above are some of the symptoms we live with on a daily basis and are treating with a daily intake of over-the-counter medication as a ‘quick-fix’ instead of tackling the underlying cause – which boils down to nutrition.
Our Western diet is made up of refined carbohydrates, obscene amounts of animal protein, refined sugar, caffeine and alcohol – all of which contribute to the breaking down of our cells and the weakening of our immune systems when eaten over a prolonged period of time and in large quantities.
Seeing a change of lifestyle as a pain-in-the-ass, as opposed to a means of self-love, is immature. We are incessantly lazy when it comes to choosing the right foods to help heal and nourish ourselves. In fact, the answer to you being able to EXTEND your life and also minimise the risk of auto-immune disease quite literally boils down to your daily intake of foods such as spinach, hemp, chia seeds, goji berries, blueberries, quinoa and an entirely massive list of foods that we aren’t consuming on a regular basis.
