The late Philip Seymour Hoffman was undoubtedly an enigma. Actor and director, this man was pure Hollywood gold. One scene we have to admit just gets us going shows him relishing every drop of grease off a slice of pizza whilst involved in a diatribe with the legend known as Ben Stiller, in the similarly underrated film, Along Came Polly.

Now here’s the thing – unlike Philip and his greasy slice of pizza dripping oil from the overload of cheese most commonly associated with your average slice, we do not necessarily always want that much cholesterol  clogging our veins.
