This is beyond genius. This is next-level marketing. And we totally love it. How do you make a mockery out of the election posters that constantly nag us to show support for individual political parties and not do much else with our lives during the week ahead? You tell the population to live their lives with a little more compassion, that’s how. Hats off please – and take a bow before the SPCA.
Here’s what Mike Sharman (@mikesharman) sent us today via twitter . Mike tweeted us saying – ” So. Fucking. Smart. If this is legit, great tactical ” It was a retweet from Jenna Lange (@JennaJayLange ), saying ,” LOVE this campaign” . And the below photo was attached:
It shows us the smart stance that the SPCA is taking in downplaying the relevance of political elections in the bigger picture of our societal existence. It makes an observation about us as a society that tells us a little more about our level of compassion, nay, AWARENESS of the important things in life. Now animals and animals rights are as much a legitimate issue to acknowledge as any election could be. Every living creature who is being exploited or harmed deserves to be acknowledged and assisted.
