Boston Marathon Finish Line Evacuated – Unattended Backpacks And The Man In The Black Veil [VIDEO]

Two unattended backpacks, found at the Boston Marathon finish line were detonated and one man arrested on the one-year anniversary of the deadly bombing.
The Boston Marathon finish line was evacuated and the bomb squad was called in after two suspicious backpacks were found by the police.
It was found that one of the bags contained photo equipment and the other a rice cooker filled with confetti after they were detonated. A man who had been wearing a black veil and yelling “Boston Strong!” was arrested – allegedly the person who dropped off one of the bags.
The man seen in the video, has since been charged with possession of a hoax device, disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.
