Do you remember the joy and thrill you experienced with child-like wonder during your first experience on a roller coaster? Well even as a grown-up it turns out you are never too old to experience new things. Case in point: this 78-year-old grandmother taking her first ride on a twister.
At 78, Ria Van den Brand has never flown in an airplane. As part of a marketing campaign by Vodafone, Ria and another granny, 71-year-old An Bernaards, will experience the pleasure of going on their first plane trip.
In preparations for their maiden flight, Ria went on a roller coaster ride and Bernaards was put into a flight simulator.
