Some serious developments are going down in North Korea – they are changing the haircut rules. Yes – there are haircut regulations enforced by the North Korean state, and they just got stricter.

It is now required for all male undergraduates to sport the same hairstyle, known as the “Chinese smuggler” look, for resembling the hairstyle of, you guessed it, Chinese https://quotecorner.com/valium.html smugglers. It also happens to be the same haircut worn by supreme leader Kim Jong Un, which resembles a majestic seagull in flight.
