Do you think that your aerial drone with a camera attached is cool? Please bro, leave it to the Russians to take a toy and create a killing machine. Battle fields of the future will quiver at the mention of the name, ‘Charlene.’
Fitted with a submachine gun and a 100 round magazine, Charlene is a quadcopter that will give you sleepless nights. “It only takes one professional Russian and this fancy tablet, to kill you.” A scary concept, but then again a Russian with a submachine gun will have a similar effect.
We call BS on that accent. Actually, we call BS on this whole thing. In case you hadn’t gotten it by the time they offed the car, the whole thing is fictional. The CGI is well done, but it’s still CGI. Nevertheless, the video does issue the spectre of quadcopter warfare, and the ethics thereof.
If you are still fine with a camera wielding drone, you can get one over at DronePhoto.
Please enjoy, the future of modern warfare.
