Reports of a possible jumper in Cape Town CBD have been flooding in on Twitter under #WaleStreetJumper. Police have cordoned off Wale Street and are trying to talk the man down. We will keep updating this article as the story progresses.

It has been reported that the man in his 30s has been on the building since 09:00. So far not much is known about the man.
