Shocking Footage: Cape Town Police Strip Man Naked And Kick Him In Genitals [VIDEO]

EWN’s Cape Talk have reported that this video posted yesterday shows an arrest undertaken in Cape Town. The IPID (Independent Police Investigative Directorate) are investigating the police involved in the arrest, as they appear to have used unjustified force. Particularly, police strip the arrested man of his clothing in the street, grab him by the throat, and kick him in the genitals.
The police officer seen at the end of the video attempted to arrest the person filming the footage, before arresting another man that was in the same office building for interfering. The charge was later dropped.
