A nightmare child is suing her parents, accusing them of kicking her out and refusing to pay her high school tuition. Her parents argued that she left voluntarily, refusing to abide by house rules, including curfew and doing her chores.
New Jersey high school senior, Rachel Canning, further asked the court to have her parents pay her transport expenses, legal fees and some of her college tuition. The judge ruled against the cheerleader, saying that he doesn’t want to open the gates for 12-year-old kids to start suing their parents for the latest Xbox or iPad.
