1. Perenna Kei (24)

Kei is a newcomer to the billionaire under 40 list. She has a net worth of $1.3 billion. Hailing from Hong Kong, Kei owns 85% of Logan Property Holdings, where her father is CEO and chairman.

2. Dustin Moskovitz (29)

Moskovitz was Mark Zuckerberg’s former roommate, and dropped out of Harvard to become Facebook’s third employee. Dropping out served him well. He’s worth $6.8 billion.

3. Mark Zuckerberg (29)

With a net worth of $28.5 billion, Facebook’s CEO has had a good year so far, buying WhatsApp for $19 billion.

4. Anton Kathrein, Jr (29)

Anton is the third generation to lead the oldest and largest antenna manufacturer in the world. Junior is worth $1.35 billion.

5. Drew Houston (30)

The Dropbox cofounder is worth $1.2 billion and is one of the new additions to Forbes’ Billionaire list.
