Malema Assault Charge: Allegedly Told A Man ‘Fuck You’ And Slapped Him

Malema apparently gets hot under the collar not just with journalists but with motorists as well. After an alleged road rage incident, charges of assault and malicious damage to property have been laid against EFF leader Julius Malema.

The charges were made after Malema allegedly slapped a man from Polokwane, during a moment of road rage. Allegedly Bernard Redelinghuys told Malema and two others in the EFF leader’s car to watch out when Malema’s car almost collided with his. This was  posted on Redelinghuys’s Facebook page.

When they stopped at a traffic light, Malema and the other two men got out. A scuffle ensued, where one man took hold of Redelinghuys’s arm and another tried to take his key out of the ignition. Malema then allegedly told the man “We’ll fuck you up” and slapped him.
