The Sochi Winter Olympic has provided us with a few momentous fails that we will cherish for a very long time. The few that stand out were the “no toilet fishing allowed” sign, the double toilet fiasco, and the Opening Ceremony’s mechanical Olympic ring failure. The Russians however did show that they have a sense of humour.

The Closing Ceremony doffed their cap to the Opening Ceremony’s spectacular malfunction, where one of the rings failed to open. This time, while creating the Olympic logo using dancers, they briefly emulated the embarrassing event.
