God bless the Royal Air force, for they have just given us all the opportunity to sit inside the cockpit of a RAF Typhoon jet.
The video is four minutes of gut-churning, heart-stopping swerves and dips across the pristine Lake District. Easing effortlessly between 250ft and 4,00ft, this virtual ride is not for those vertigo sufferers among us.
The jet in the video is piloted by Flight Lieutenant Jamie Norris, who also gives a brief introduction at the start of the simulation.
