The Beatles’ two remaining members, Paul and Ringo, are due to perform at the Grammy awards next week.
The scouse pair will also be accepting a lifetime achievement award on behalf of the band during the ceremony, while McCartney has also been nominated for best rock song and best music film.
Paul, 71, and Ringo, 73 , will be joined by John Legend, Macklemore, Ryan Lewis, Taylor Swift, Kacey Musgraves and Keith Urban as performers during the 56th instalment of the Grammy Awards.
It was announced that this year, the Beatles will be at the centre of a performance special, which will feature the likes of Eurythmics, Annie Lennox and Dave Stewart, who will all perform Beatles classics for: ‘The Night That Changed America: A Grammy Salute To The Beatles.’
