A Johannesburg teacher who sent a nude picture of himself (holding his penis while lying in the bath, nogal) to a 17-year-old student has been fined R3,000 after pleading guilty to contravening the Criminal Law (Sexual Offences and Related Matters) Amendment Act. What a guy.

Ostrowick, who has since been dismissed by the Gautend Department of Education, served as the head of the Information Technology department at Hyde Park High School.

On his blog (in which he frequently complains about the poor standards of remuneration for teachers), Ostrowick says that he enjoys role-playing games, long walks on the beach, and music “that blends harmony, melody and rhythm in a pleasing, yet insightful way to convey meaning.”
