Lindsay Lohan escaped from her Miami hotel on Saturday night when the cops tried to interview her after Paris Hilton’s little brother, Barron Hilton, claimed the actress had him beaten to a pulp.

The troubled actress left Miami Beach’s Shore Club around 16h00 on Saturday after locking herself in her penthouse suite all day following a house-party at a nearby mansion.

It was at the very same party that Barron Hilton was beaten black and blue. The next day, he filled out a police report which claimed that Lohan ordered the attack on him after overhearing him criticize her.

A source claims:

They had been partying all night, when Lindsay’s current boy toy started talking to Barron about what a nightmare she is and how he wants to end things with her. Barron sympathized with him, but Lindsay overheard and was so angry he was ‘talking smack’ about her. She ordered her friend to beat up Barron.

A separate source explains that Miami police showed up at Lohan’s hotel twice on Saturday, without a warrant, looking for the alleged attacker. The officers were turned away on both occasions without interviewing Lohan.

Lohan was then spotted dashing out of the Shore Club “in a hurry.”
