Following a tumultuous council debate, it was decided yesterday that disgraced mayor Tom Ford would be stripped of all his powers. He reacted violently.

This comes after Ford himself admitted to smoking crack cocaine and regular binge-drinking – but still refused to step down when they asked him nicely. If you want to know just how morally dubious Mr. Ford is, click here to find out.

Mr Ford now effectively has no legislative power. The council held a vote, and decided it was best to slash his office budget by 60 per cent and allow his staff to join his deputy Norm Kelly.

The well-sized Canadian politician then charged across the room like a raging bull, and knocked over an elderly lady in the process. He then said he was rushing to the defence of his brother when he knocked down councillor Pam McConnell.

I picked her up. I ran around because I thought my brother was getting into an altercation.

Oh. Well that’s all fine then.
