Imagine, if you will, the cat lady in ‘The Simpsons’. Take that archetype, transmute her into reality and make her Polish – this will give you a good idea of the lady who was recently found to have 100 dead cat bodies in her home. She’s no ordinary cat lady. Looking to elevate herself above the competition, she took her crazy to the next level when she attempted to create “a new cat species” in her basement.

Police were alerted  by concerned neighbours who could no longer deal with the smell that was wafting from her home. When police arrived, they found over 100 corpses that “looked like they had been experimented on”.  Take a moment for that to settle.

Apparently the cat lady, who now faces two years in prison, had been banned from keeping dogs after a similiar fiasco – when she tried to create a new dog species by experimenting on both dead and living pooches. In total, police found 72 severely unhealthy cats that were living in extremely rough conditions. Polish police reported from the scene:

There has obviously been some sort of sick experiments going on but until we get the autopsy is back on the bodies and have looked at the injuries to the life cats we won’t know more about exactly what she was doing here.
