Then we suggest you get involved in this weekends Betflash Multiple, currently offering you 68 – 1 odds on the following:
SA to beat The All Blacks
Argentina to beat The Aussies
Everton to beat Manchester City
Swansea to beat Southampton
And,
Team USA to win the Presidents Cup.
The Justification
Last week, we were one result off the 65 – 1 multiple. The only result which didn’t go our way was the Highveld Lions vs Mumbai Indians, which the home team won. Unfortunately.
We all know that The Springboks can do the deed at Eliis Park this Saturday, especially if we manage to play all 80 minutes with 15 men on the field. A four try bonus point? Possibly not. A win? For sure.
The Aussies vs Argentina? The Aussies scraped a win last time around. This weekend they are playing in Rasario, Argentina. Very different. As most South Africans would agree, seeing the Aussies lift the Wooden Spoon would be something truly memorable. The Pumas for the win here!
Given Manchester City’s below par performance last night in The Champions League matchup at the Etihad and Everton’s current unbeaten form in the league this one could very well go the way of The Toffees. An outright win for Everton here is what we are calling.
The only bet which is somewhat of a “coin flip” is the Swansea, Southampton match up. But hey, this is why we giving you 68 – 1 odds. Swansea are the underdogs, they are 13th on the log whilst Southampton are sitting 6th. However, Southampton aren’t exactly table topping stalwarts. They have had an incredible start to the season but any realist would expect their dream start to come to an abrupt end sooner rather than later. We feel that might just happen this weekend.
Finally, the golf. The Presidents Cup. Yes, a European won the Fed Ex Cup and yes, there are 3 Europeans in the top 5 world rankings but this isn’t just a European team, it is an international team. The last and ONLY time the International team won was back in 1998 at Royal Melbourne. Taking into account that this years tournament is being played in Ohio, USA it would surely be seen as a massive upset if Nick Price were to lead his team of internationals to a win. Against our hearts, we going with a win Team USA.
There are odds ranging from 11 – 1 to 68 – 1 with 8 different multiple permutations. At 68 – 1, R250 would see you pocketing R17 000. There are lots of things we would do with R17 000 but this week we have decided to keep it African and go check out The Smoke That Thunders.
