Nobody can deny that puppies are cute, but this little gal is just too adorable. Weighing in at about the same as your average banana, little ‘Angel’ the Yorkshire terrier will melt your heart.

The pup was born to a litter of much larger siblings about five weeks ago, according to owner Kim Passero, who said she plans to keep the little one as a companion. Fame awaits this tiny terrier as it could be in the running to knock this chihuahua out the lead as the World’s Smallest Dog. She has to wait till she’s at least a year old to qualify, but until then we can pore over it as it rolls over in the palm of its owner’s hand.

Passero said Angel’s mouth is too small to suckle from her mother, so she needs to be hand-fed with a spoon or syringe.

Oh my gosh, she gets soaked. I have to clean her, and then I blow dry her on low because she shakes, she’s so cold, poor thing. She likes it though, she lies on her back.
