Well, this is depressing. What you have here is your standard pickpocket operation of multiple crooks fulfilling various rolls including lookout, distraction, and thief. Except that in this case the thief is a seven-year-old girl.
The video description reports that the theft took place in Norwood. At this point there isn’t very much information to go on. We’ll update you as more comes to light.
