Merthyr Town, in Wales, home of The Martyrs football team and their stadium, Penydarren Park will undergo a name-change to appease their latest sponsors, a electronic cigarette company. By September, the stadium will officially be called…wait for it….The Cigg-e Stadium.

The use of e-cigarettes in public spaces is a contentious issue, so it’s a fairly big call to have a stadium named after a brand. To be fair, these devices help smokers crippled by nicotine addiction – because that’s what it is nowadays when you have to go two meters away from the restaurant to have a smoke.
