Carmelo credits lots of walking, eating barley and drinking water from the fourth highest mountain in Bolivia, Illampu, for his long life.
Flores has seen a lot in his long life, he was born a year before the rotary phone was invented, and had already had his 21st birthday bash when the Titannic sunk.
