What started out as an April Fool’s Day joke has now taken MINI into the realm of motor homes, and we are over the moon about this. MINI Cooper spokesperson Nathalie Bauters said:

We prepared the MINI Cowley caravan as an April Fools’ Day prank, had the vehicle built as a one-off, and took it camping. We received terrific feedback from our owners and enthusiasts. The rest is history.

Since that April Fools’ Day three new concept designs have been proposed by MINI’s design team. The moment they press the go button on any one of these designs, we’ll be all over it like white on rice.
