These are some of the products we can expect from Apple in the next year.

iWatch

Even though Apple has not confirmed the production of the iWatch, reports have surfaced that there is a team working on the new product. Which could have health and fitness features. But it is only likely to be unveiled in 2014.

iOS 7

This has been confirmed by Apple. Software for the iPad and iPhone has been redesigned and should be available later this year.

iTunes Radio

This has also been confirmed by Apple. The iTunes Radio will be launched later this year. iTunes Radio is the company’s first ad-supported product. The company has not released any software application since Maps, and iTunes Radio will be the company’s latest software application.

iPhone 5S

Although nothing has been confirmed, the iPhone pattern of release suggests that the iPhone 5 will be updated with the iPhone 5S soon. The iPhone 5S is expected to be released in September.

Lower cost iPhone

Many sources have claimed leaked pictures of the cheaper iPhone. Supposedly it will be available in an array of colours and won’t be too expensive. No details have been released but reports suggest the cheaper iPhone will be positioned as a “mid-tier” phone that will come with a price tag of $350 (R3,400) or more.

iPad 5

According to leaked reports and images the new iPad will be thinner and lighter than the present one. It is likely to be released in October.
