Youth in revolt.
On Sunday evening, police in riot attire headed down to Huntington Beach to break up a raging crowd after the US Open of Surfing. It was reported that the ruckus started at around 19h00 once the competition had concluded and the Huntington Beach Police even had to ask for help from neighbouring agencies.
According to the LA Times, there are no reports of any injuries or arrests. A witness of the disturbance said the police fired what smelled like tear gas, “I heard shots going off, and the whole crowd just started running,” he said.
The video above shows how things were almost in order until one big shot started to ninja-kick toilet cubicles, causing the rest of the unruly youths to follow.
