Well that’s just not cricket. Boston Red Sox slugger, David “Big Papi” Ortiz struck out in a game against the Baltimore Orioles this last weekend, and he took his frustration out on the dugout phone box, before mock charging the umpire who made the call.
In comments made after the game, Ortiz answered questions regarding the safety of his team mates in the dugout while he whirled the bat around.
“I didn’t hit anybody, I know what I was swinging at. I’ve got good eyes, bro.’’
Yowsers, bro.
Sox won the game, 7-3.
