If equipment needs to be serviced it is understandable that you may need to make an appointment. Clearly this customer did not understand that.
The customer walked into a Los Angeles Apple Store last month and asked about phone parts for her phone. With no appointment, the customer was instructed to wait in the queue. The clearly frustrated woman is heard shouting while banging her hand on the handlebar of the pram she has with her.
I was told by Apple care that I could walk in the store and get the part.
Unlucky for the impatient customer, a bystander caught her entire rant on camera and some reactions from those customers who were shocked outburst.
