Dr Michelle Brown, Greg Frandsen and Torrey Tayanaka are the geniuses behind ‘The Kite’. What is ‘The Kite’ you ask? It is a cloth patch that when stuck on humans makes them invisible to mosquitoes.
And the best part about ‘The Kite’ is that it is non toxic, therefore no chemicals are used. The patch ultimately blocks the wearer from being detected by mosquitoes, protecting them from the insect as well as the diseases they carries.
Funding of the project is being sourced on Indigogo and if you contribute you will be one of the first to test the product but you will also be supporting a good cause that aims to have these patches available in Uganda.
